As we harvest the abundance of late summer, we wind down our outward energy and begin to move a little slower.
In autumn, nature let's go of all the effort, dropping leaves and kick starting the rejuvenation process. During this time, when the cycle slows, we witness the beautiful rich colours that come from nature’s natural process of decay.
When nature contracts and moves into this stage of renewal, it's a good time for us to do the same. We begin to reflect on our efforts from the previous seasons and start to prepare for the quieter months ahead.
Autumn is a season where we can bring some extra attention towards out internal lives, whilst slowing down and taking in the beauty of our gently bronzing surroundings, highlighted by the lowering of the sun.
